Cinema 4D Objects

I have learned about to create objects on Cinema 4D. I have made lots of different types of objects using Cinema 4D.

I have made objects like iMac, Pepsi bottle, chair, table, glass, clock and cupboard. This topic I had to get my creative juices flowing!

I added all of these into an office room.

Here are the objects that I have made:

Pepsi Bottle

Pepsi

I have created Pepesi bottle on  cinema 4D  using tools, Spline and Lathe. In front view of Cinema 4D, I drew the half bottle by using Spline with freehand and linked to Lathe. This made a 3D bottle. I added images of pepsi logo and coloured the bottle blue. I feel that this bottle looks more like a wine bottle and needs a bit of tweaking to get it closer to the real thing.

Glass

I have created the glass by using spline with freehand and linked to Lathe to make a 3D glass and also I have added glass material in glass to make it look like real glass. I thought I did a good job to create the real glass and this is better than I expected it to turn out. In future I would like to make different types of glass.

iMac

This is the iMac that I created it using the tool Cube. I scaled the cube to make it look like a rectangle and added images of apple website into the screen. For me, I think this does not look as good as the original iMac!

Chair

I have never made a chair on Cinema 4D before. There are lots of different types of chairs so I looked at youtube and to show me how to create one in C4D. Only two tools were used to create the chair, therefore extrude and bend.

Here is the link to the video clip that I used:

I thought I did a good job but there were couple things which were tricky.  I never used these tools before so it took me an hour to work out how to use them and finally I managed it. I have understood how to use theses tools and it was a lot quicker to work with the extrude and bend tools to form the image of a chair.

This is example of extrude and bend:

This shows how I used the extrude tool.

This shows how I used the bend tool.

Table

This is the table that I created on Cinema 4D and I used the cube tool.  I scaled the cube tool to make it look  like a table. For me, I think it looks too simple and I would have liked to add more details or tried different shapes.

Clock

This clock was easy to make using Cinema 4D.

This is the pen I created on C4d. I have never made a pen before and again checked out a youtube video. There were quite a lot of different types of tools to create the pen, such as Extrude, Spline with freehand, Circles, Loft, Cloner, Sphere, Tube and Capsule.  I  added in my own colours.

Here is the video clip that shows how I made the pen:

I thought I did a great job for the first time doing this but it was easier and simpler to create then when I first started.

Cupboard

This is the cupboard that I created in Cinema 4D. It was easy and simple. I used the cube tool and scaled  them into rectangle shape and joined together.

After I created the objects in Cinema 4d  I decided to put all objects into an office room.

Office room images that I have made on Cinema 4D:

Feel more confident using cinema 4D now!
