The object manager keeps a list of all the objects you have used so helps you know which one is highlighted and can be moved at that moment.

These are the objects you can create in 3D and 2D mode and also some freehand drawings that can also be filled in.

Played around with C4D and added the Cube, Cone, Torus and added colour. I feel quietly confident using Cinema 4D and enjoy using it.
